Items with no bibo:owner

There are 137 items with no bibo:owner triple in the post-migration data.

Possible reason: owners are derived from http://www.w3.org/ns/auth/acl#agent in the permission object with http://www.w3.org/ns/auth/acl#mode "write". These items only have permission object with #mode "read".

@sfarnel @anayram I have changed the script to use the "read" permission object for creating an owner. However, this all have public as their #agent. Do you think mapping "public" to "eraadmi" is OK?

"eraadmi" is assigned as owner for these items (115) changing script to use #read permission object if #write is missing. There are still 22 items that do not have an owner see #264
