Asusctl not working ok anymore

Hi guys

I'm using asus-nvidia-open image.

Since 40-stable-200241020 changing performance profile with asusctl is not working
The system EPP can be set manually, however in spite of I iterate over the available Rog performance profiles (Quiet, Balance, Performance), It doen't seem to change anything in terms of performance, the CPU and GPU performance are stuck on Quiet and I cant get the true power of my laptop.

What did you expect to happen?

Changing performance profile using asusctl profile -n, should change the profile, the EPP and the performance of my laptop (increasing FPSs, temps, cpu fans)
