Plasmshell Sometimes Does Not Load

Describe the bug

When performing a cold boot after logging in the plasmashell does not load sometimes.

What did you expect to happen?

Expected behavior is for plasmashell to always load.

From what I can tell it is due to the Vapor theme. When switching to the Breeze Dark theme I have not encountered this issue.

systemctl --user restart plasma-plasmashell
Job for plasma-plasmashell.service failed because the control process exited with error code.
