I'd like to know if there is a working Python sample to implement Google Signin since the old APIs expired today and I missed the deadline in submitting my project for Item Catalog. Please help, thank you.

I don't think Udacity even care... I am also having troubles, their courses are all very outdated with info that does not work anymore... What a waste of time and money from me...

This site gives a basic rundown of migrating from google+ to google sign in.
The google-oauth is way easier to use than oauth2client. I don't know yet if it will cover all that is used in this course, but so far I have been able to use the same google ID that I created and verify a token.
