Hello

After the subscription, our development team got to know that there are additional charges for training and renting a machine. In this case, the subscription is not useful for us.

We would like to ask that our account be cancelled and refund the payment.

As advised, I tried to submit the request on the given link, but it's giving an error message saying "Please enter a valid email address."
