Very slow keyboard response (Debian 12 Gnome)

About a half of a second passes from key press to response.
If I press and hold arrow down key in a file list, the highlighted file changes very slow.
At the same time keybord response in mc is fast.

(This project you posted in is focused on building the .deb distribution of Far2L.)

P.S.: I also noticed this slow response problem in --tty mode.
