Create detailed documentation to describe the preprocessing workflow, including data download, slicing, and conversion to netCDF.

Tasks:

  • Write step-by-step instructions for using the preprocessing scripts.
  • Include examples of typical input and output datasets.
  • Add troubleshooting tips for common issues (e.g., connection errors, dataset format inconsistencies).
