Nothing works

I guess im stupid or maybe this just doenst work anymore but i downloaded the 7.2 exe and then the unzipped the latest source zip, and nothing works when i launch the exe file? is there anyway to give a short step by step for a noob?

i downloaded previous version and added the files and runs and works up to after the mulligan. I made sure all displays were at 1080p and 100 scaling and changed all settings to your recommended. I know you're not really doing updating but would be amazing if you could help me :) P:)

The problem is that bot now can't get state of hero ability and continue turn. There are hardcoded color values in the code and exact coordinates on the screen. You need to change source code =)
