We should clean up our repository space a little and archive repos we are not really using them. GitHub does allow repos to be unarchived if we later decide we do need them.

There are some things that need to be done for each repository before it's archived:
close all open issues
update the README to note that's it's archived and why
I'm fine with all of the above repos being archived, with the possible exception of Localization. That one might still be good to have, for future localization and internationalization projects. Although I'd have to look at its actual contents to see how relevant it may or may not be at this point.
@stephengtuggy we can unarchive if we want to make it active again; it mostly means that GitHub won't allow PRs/etc against it and we're telling folks we're no longer using it. We can unarchive if we want to use it again. The content will still remain fully available, and GitHub will add an "Archived" bar to the GitHub page so it's clear to users.
