It is possible to encrypt a VHD Windows 10 installation in VirtualBox. Please add Veracrypt whole disk encryption support within the Windows VHD plugin for ventoy to allow for a portable, encrypted Windows USB device.

From what I gather the Veracrypt boot is located in \EFI\VERACRYPT\DCSBOOT.EFI

i'm reluctant to install veracrypt on my vhd fearing it won't work

it is possible to boot vhd encrypted using bitlocker via ventoy?

I would like to keep an eye on this topic as well, as being able to have a ventoy-veracrypt multiboot tool would be the pinnacle of security and usefulness.

Any possible workaround for this, booting Veracrypt whole disk encrypted VHD file?
