This is a problem with viash: https://github.com/viash-io/viash/blob/259ab858677dd6f4fcf46b832a309d8ae155c2db/src/main/scala/io/viash/config/resources/RScript.scala#L59
It automatically assumes that the bit64 package is installed, which is not always the case.
