From what I can tell, when using multiple folders to specify training data, they must have the same prefix path. If that is not done, training gives a confusing "image too large" error.
If prefix requirement is intended, perhaps good to document in the example file and/or detect for a more specific error message?

Hello! It is doing a concatenation of the directories' contents and then sorts according to the paths, so if they don't have the same prefix path, it is possible that the sorting is not correctly pairing images, specially if there are images with the same names in different directories, which produces the "image too large" error.
I can try to modify the way the images are being paired, otherwise I can add an example of the two cases when using multiple directories. It can take some time since I'm merging multiple local branches at the moment, but I'll keep it in the to-do list.
