Ordenar el código de forma más bonita en carpetas
Renombrar los *.cpp a *.c y ponerlos todos en minúsculas
Dividir los archivos de código gigantes en archivos más pequeños
Organizar los includes, deshacerse del monstruoso GLOBAL.H
Organizar los makefiles
