Anonymizer appservice

An appservice that would publish messages on behalf of users in a public room where they don't want their identity to be immediately exposed, this would require the user trusting the appservice(not fully anonymous).

Virto can use this service to allow users publish product/services in the "community market" room without making their MatrixID or other details of their identity visible to the public.
