Setup tools for macOS are poorly supported because I don't have a mac, and I'm also not very familiar with macOS.

The best solution, as far as I can tell, seems to be to use Homebrew. Although I'm open to other suggestions. The dependencies for novelWriter are already available there, so it is a logical choice.

Since @mpejcoch has mentioned a few times he could do this, I'm tagging him. But any assistance on this is welcome.

App Bundle and DMG have been added in #1276, so I think we can just close this.
