15. 'Advanced' Editor Window

This window can be accessed via the 'Advanced' button of the main screen. It can be used to edit the INFO file of the package currently opened in text mode. Doing so, you can manage any INFO's parameters not yet supported via the UI.

This editor is using ScintillaNet to highlight basically the syntax.

All changes done via the 'Package Information' area of the UI are persisted in the INFO file before the opening of the Advanced Editor Window.

Click 'OK' to commit all your changes and close the window. They will be persisted immediately in the INFO file. Click 'Cancel' to abort all changes and close the window.

Once the window closed, the UI will reload the INFO file.

The 'Help' link in the upper right corner give you access to Synology Developer Guide's online help about the INFO file.
