Upload deployment image to other registry

Hi guys/gals,

I just wanted to check if it is possible to upload the image before backup? One use-case I have is if I am using latest image tag, once a developer push some changes to the latest image tag the whole application will change. My idea is to have some sort of lock scenario with the specific hash instead of the tag. Thank you.
