evaluation of clustering methods for reads with extermely long template length

We need to evaluate the partition file generated by commit 43cdb49 and 30639c0 with -z. The differ in dealing with locating mappings with extremely long template length. 303639c0 would assign the read with larger anchor position while 43cbd40 assigns the read with smaller anchor position whenever possible.
