[Bug Report][3.7.7] v-treeview cannot expand disabled parent node

Environment

Vuetify Version: 3.7.7
Last working version: 2.7.2
Vue Version: 3.4.27
Browsers: Chrome 131.0.0.0
OS: Mac OS 10.15.7

Steps to reproduce

After open reproduction link and try to click disabled node "Applications", it cannot be expanded.

It works in 2.7.2 , https://v2.vuetifyjs.com/en/components/treeview/#item-disabled， in the document, you can expand disabled parent node

Expected Behavior

It can be expanded even for disabled parent nodes

Actual Behavior

Disabled parent node cannot be expanded
