Add option for exception in Configuration Assessment / CIS

This is a feature request

For a host CIS benchmark shows this

This is a dedicated web server with no user accounts, so many CIS requirements don't make sense eg

and the description is

For now I export Configuration Assessment/CIS results and import them in to a DB and I make my own CIS report with "exceptions"

Tasks

I would like to be able to add exceptions on Configuration Assessment/CIS results per host and add an explanation why it was excepted on wazuh-dashboard-plugin -> Configuration Assessment / CIS

For the example in description :
Exception for agent id : XXX id "29563 | Ensure HTTP server is not installed." Exception reason "This is a dedicated web server

So in the results besides "Passed, Failed, Not applicable" to add a new result "Exceptions"
