Hi James,

Blockly being an educational framework, it comes with a lot of localization resources and messages in many different foreign languages, but they are all missing from the webjars packaging (including the ENglish resource, making Blockly unusable)... is it intentional, and there is another recommended solution to get hold of messages resources ? Or would you welcome a webjars POM patch to fix this ?
