Failure of SMB 3.1.1 Encryption Negotiation between the WSO2 Micro Integrator and Azure NetApp Files Share

Description

When trying to access the NetApp File Share server using the SMB2/SMB3 protocol, the Encryption Negotiation between the NetApp File Share and the WSO2 MI server is failing with the below error code.

STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED (0xc0000022).

Steps to Reproduce

• Deploy a proxy service to access the NetApp File Share over the SMB protocol [1].
• Invoke the proxy service.
