执行一下 composer install

已经执行 OK了，但是发现 http://php.form-create.com/docs/2.0/installation 这里面没有 composer install 这一步。希望这个可以更新一下。
其次，想多问一下，这个自定义表单的话是否有相关的教程，http://form-create.com/designer/ 使用方法。
