About #1 Now you can build the same libcore as action. But you should use the same Go version and gomobile.

Go 1.21.0 can do that: https://go.dev/blog/rebuild
Hard work:
gomobile will auto update gobind.ad314ba use sagernet/gomobile install official gomobile. Since this commit, the libcores from actions do it!
