为了加速神经网络的训练，使用CPU训练速度很慢，所以使用cuda和cudnn对神经网络进行加速，在配置的过程中你会遇到很多坑，各种坑，网上也有很多教程但是实现起来各种ERROR，真心觉得累，经过多次实验做如下超全总结！！！
