working one fix wav net::ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED about WAV gzip file.

this problem is usually happend in IE or 360， but pretty ok on firefox ，chrome etc， after checked，the answer is
microsoft IE set the different configuration code recognization about media GZIP format 。we get alot of choices。
.

the problem absolutely fixed， by using buffer tcp layer
