More gateways with yggdrasil logic

Good evening, if I set a mesh network with different devices on different buildings that run yggdrasil, and I have a configuration with 2 entry nodes forced to connect to the best of 2 relay nodes that go the best of the 2 gateways to navigate on Internet... I think this logic doesn't work because yggdrasil could switch gateway based on latency etc. I'm more than happy to randomise the entry and relay nodes but I would like to make the original device stable on one gateway until the end of its connection or just switch in a way that doesn't create conflicts with websites and internet services.

Advices are more than welcomed to find the best solution without having fixed routes.
