Need to allow arithmetic calculations as part of the language.

For example:
FD (10*5)
This is good for cases such as defining a CIRCLE action:

TO CIRCLE :SIZE :ACCURACY
  REPEAT :ACCURACY [FD :SIZE RT (360/:ACCURACY)]
END
