Too much delay on RTSP streaming #36

I'm streaming a RTSP url using the VideoView, but the delay is around 2 seconds. Is there a way to improve the app so that I could reach less than 200ms?

Also, the RTSP server is a reliable device very close to my phone. I have another app, from 3party that can stream the same url with delay lower than 100ms, so it's not connection problem.

My device:
Asus Zenfone 4 PRO, running Android 8.0
