How to install eclipse-jsch-agent-proxy

I came here from https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=179924 I'm a happy Putty/pageant user and was very excited when I saw that I might be able to use it from Eclipse. My intended usage is for Git and for SFTP/SSH in the Remote System Explorer.

After your last comment in bug 179924, JSch 0.1.50 has been released and "JSch Agent Proxy Plug-in for Pageant using JNA" is available for installation through http://eclipse.jcraft.com/ Is that the correct installation procedure or is the link README in the issue still the way to? Should the preference UI for the SSH2 settings change? In other words, how can I know if it should have worked ...
