AY-7215_Explicit frames are renamed as sequence

Please describe the issue you have encountered?

In current DL implementation it should be possible to generate only explicit set of frames (to speed up rendering).
That is working, but integrate will recalculate frames as new sequence.
Eg.
Frames: 1001, 1005, 1010 >> 1001, 1002, 1003 (in publish folder)

How to replicate the issue?
