MathJax support

Thanks very much for providing this cool tool. I really love it. And I think It would be better if it could support MathJax so that I can read my markdown files with equations.

KaTeX will probably have nicer support, so that could be looked into as well

I recently looked into @paperist/remark-math which should detect both MathJax and KaTeX but we still need something that then turns it into HTML or SVG. I haven't had time to actually do it.

@Haroenv: If you have time to look in to it a pull request would be very much appreciated. vmd aims to render everything exactly as on GitHub and GitHub doesn't support either format. In cases like this we would hide the feature behind a command-line argument or configuration property e.g. --math-enabled=true or something.

Just to add my voice, I would also love this feature. I'm afraid I have zero Javascript foo, so I don't think I can contribute.
