In zcash/orchard#321 I added a bunch of protocol links with the format orchard-0.1:SHORTCODE, along with an IDENTIFIERS.json file that maps shortcodes to a path and anchor within the Orchard book. We should implement support for these, so people reading the orchard source can find the corresponding book sections.
