Theme Selection Issue After Browser Update version 1.7.1b Windows

What happened?

I am experiencing a problem with the browser after the recent update. Despite selecting the dark theme in the settings, the browser defaults to a light and blue theme every time I start it.

Reproducible?

• I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
