Tabs not closing and randomly appearing and disappearing

What happened?

Sometimes after using a tab, I become unable to close it if I try to click the x and am actively on the tab, the only way for me to close it is to switch away from that tab and close it via the X. Also in the video my screen did not load any tabs and on restart a bunch of random tabs appeared.

The video will not upload :( Any other methods?

• I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
