What happened?
Unable to open the bookmarks toolbar by any normal means while in Single Toolbar mode. Expected path in menu bar is View -> Toolbars -> Bookmarks Toolbar but there is no option visible there. Pressing the keyboard shortcut (Cmd+Shift+B) causes the toolbar to render briefly along the top of the window while in single toolbar mode but it appears to immediately disable itself, the toolbar enables as normal using the shortcut in multiple toolbars mode. If I enable the toolbar while in multiple toolbars mode, then return to single toolbar mode, it allows me to access bookmarks by hovering near the top border.
Reproducible?
I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
