What happened?

Some background info first: I'm running a 2019 Macbook Pro on the Intel Chipset.
Zen wasn't initially broken for me. I downloaded, and ran it and it seemed to work just fine. I also ran the install with default everything. Then I created a profile and as far as I can tell, that seemed to break everything for me. Now every time I open zen I get a window as you can see in my attachment. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall which hasn't worked (This includes multiple full release versions). I also installed firefox and that works just fine. I've also sought help from the discord and we've tried to delete my profiles but the file path doesn't seem to be the same as what others have suggested. No one seemed to know what to do beyond that besides trying some hotkeys which didn't work either. I'd really like to use zen, is there anything that can be done about this? I've also got one crash log but it's too long to paste below, you can contact me for that.

Also do tell us, was the first time you used zen recently, or from some time ago i.e. the alpha releases?
