Some might need to run core 2x installation.

Create branch for core 2x specification ie composer, database, php version.

wasted effort, imo. The docker containers are for CORE development.

Hi, @craigh I already have that working just copy and paste and might be useful.
I have 3 core 2x sites and I will use it extensively while upgrading.
