Not having access to local files is confusing

Not having access to local files is confusing, but intentional. The scripts should contain everything they need to be run, but it's confusing.

Could we improve that somehow? Issue errors or warnings possibly?

It would probably be good to have some way to declare to rundoc "use these files" possibly in Rundoc.configure. I think it would make sense if there was a complex script that people didn't want to include in their main repo.

There's already https://github.com/zombocom/rundoc?tab=readme-ov-file#compose-multiple-rundoc-documents which will bring in other rundoc files.
