NewOne/Minostan N4001 Config is wrong or outdated for modern firmware

Describe the issue

What is happening?
The parameters listed in the ZWave Config DB (and zwave js) don't match the parameters from the manual

Differences:

1. Parameter 2 is in minutes (confirmed), not seconds, value 0 - 65535 (matching the available minostan template)
2. Parameter 4 is Auto Turn On timer, also in minutes, not seconds, value 0 - 65535 (matching the available minostan template)
3. Parameter 6 controls power status after a power failure, with values 0,1,2 being off, on, and previous state respectively (matching the related master template)

I would implement it myself, but wasn't sure how to make conditional configs , or in what firmware version these parameters were changed or introduced.

Anything else we should know?
