Thermostat Temperature Out of Range and Temperature Unit Issue

Hi All,
I'm having where I cannot adjust my thermostat temp through home assistant. This used to work well, but this issue came up after a recent update. It appears that the acceptable range values seem to be in F; everything else is set up in C.

This is via Z-Wave JS. Thermostat is Ecolink ZWave Plus Smart Thermostat,

No automation in play for me, I simply am unable to adjust the temperature at all using the climate entity.

It looks like the device reports the supported setpoint range in Celsius, but with values in Fahrenheit, so you end up with a range of 43..99°C, which is clearly nonsense.

Will be fixed in #7393
Once that has been released and is available in HA, you will have to re-interview the device for the change to be picked up
