While not strictly necessary for every issue, having a driver log on loglevel debug is required to diagnose most issues. Please consider uploading a logfile that captures your problem. I have checked the troubleshooting section and my problem is not described there.
I have read the changelog and my problem was not mentioned there or the fix did not work.
Describe the issue
Command Class User Code (0x63) can be queried for the number of supported Users.
Apparently, the driver is doing it and saves the value in the values db, but there is no entry in the metadata. As a result, getDefinedValueIDs() doesn't return it as a ValueID.
So, relying only on the discoverable Value IDs to get the info, is not possible.
Is it by design or it's a bug?
