  • The API supports a quality of service parameter that can trade
    performance for better detection
  • A port is no longer expected to read the file system on the device or
    interact with the platform database
  • Huge speedup of the Linux port.
  • Possibly a speedup of the mac and windows port

New testing

  • OS mocking for Linux, Windows and Mac
  • At least a simple "K64F plugged in" test case for each OS
