Unfortunately Diematic32MQTT is still not packaged as an HASSOS addon. If you want to use it under HASSOS, they're at least two solution , I haven't tested:

it seems to be possible to launch the script in a terminal : consult Home Assistant forum
it should also be possible to use the docker image Home Assistant forum
