Release 1.2

Correct some bugs, allows processing 3D datasets. Functional with Terradue cloud computing system

Functional Release

This version has more options (see run.sh):

• user can choose a list of months to process
• processing can be done in several steps, preserving the memory
• rolling log files implemented (log files can be renamed)
• adds detection of mask if nodata is not set in the file

First functional version.
