Plus some whitespace fixes that my IDE automatically did

- Based on `r-8.7` - Merged changes up to `r-9.1` - Adds integration with `azero-wallet` snap. Uses said snap as a new signer.

Last commit updated only wokrflow files, so build and push to ECR did not trigger.

When choosing Developers → Contracts tab, it needs to redirect to [https://ui.use.ink/?rpc](https://ui.use.ink/?rpc=wss://ws.azero.dev)=<WS_URL> instead of current https://contracts-ui.substrate.io/?rpc=<WS_URL>.
