Summary

New SNOMED CT CUI project 'filter' building page. This is designed to replace the jupyter notebook / excel / workflow that is currently in use.

More improvements to be made around:

• front end history of the concept filters
• visualisation should be graph rather than a tree component
• selected node counts double counts for cases, where selected nodes are sub trees of other selected nodes
