Scope

RSVP N/A for rejected applications
RSVP boolean lowercase on CSV download

Implementation

Admin applications table RSVP undefined display N/A -> TBD
Remove undefined indicator on rejected applications
Change boolean value to Uppercase YES/NO for CSV download

View Applications Table
Download Applications to CSV
