RentA - Mobile Application

Computer Science studies final project

• RentA is a mobile application that encourages sustainable consumption by renting items instead of purchasing them for single or rare use.
• The users choose items they wish to rent out or search for products they are interested in renting.
• Trading in RentA is done via an internal currency that can be earned by renting products.

Our vision in developing RentA is to create an easy-to-use and reliable platform with the aim of creating a rental community driven by a desire to bequeath smart and sustainable consumption.

Technologies we used -

RentA UI was developed with Microsoft’s cross-platform framework for creating native mobile and desktop apps MAUI.

In addition, we used ASP.NET, MongoDB, AZURE and SignalR.
