**Updating the monthly reporting tool process:**

-   Download and add new monthly beds file from NHS website, into the data/beds/icb/ and data/beds/trusts/
-   Run collate scripts for trust and icb, producing new beds files stored in output folder
-   Retrieve daily NCTR data from DAC for icb and trust level, save in data/NCTR/ directory
-   Save latest NCTR monthly briefing document in data/NCTR/ as DAC pulls from ICB and trust level which do not quite equal national figures
-   Run beds_nctr_published_final_national.R to output national nctr with beds for tool
-   Run output_nctr_beds_trust_icb_final.R to output both icb and trust files for tool
